Marpe is aggressive and painful, MSE is an even more painful and aggressive version of marpe, difference is MSE is more predictable and reliable meanwhile marpe is less predictable and reliable

I doubt your palate is narrow it doesn’t look it, if it’s under 32mm then you will probbaly get an mse
