Should I get Marpe?

Should I get a MARPE my palate is 47 millimeters which is about 1.85 inches. That’s what the orthodontist measured. I will probably be unemployed soon so I’ll have enough time for the healing process. I’m 18 years old and from Germany, and I don’t want to pay more than 5 thousand euros. What do you think?

It doesn't fucking matter at all, go and measure your ratios which are correlated to the plate width and rethink it after

I dunno where you go but orthodontists don't just give it to you.

Orthodontists are only interested in straight teeth so why should I ask him? He doesn’t do MARPE anyway.

47mm palate and not IMW? Yeah, probably no reason to get MARPE. Its not gonna make your zygos bigger or anything, it'll just push them out. But if you're already at 47mm palate (which is close to ancestor tier btw) and ur zygos are not enough for you, marpe wont do anything, implants will.

If its not for zygo gains but like breathing instead, then go get checked, it's probably something else rather than maxilla width.
