Should I get MARPE?

I'm considering MARPE as it is the least invasive solution to my problems being esr fwhr and a long midface however my palate is not horribly narrow around 33mm and my teeth are straight I also have issues with breathing but that could be caused by something else. I'm also 18 so development is not going to save me and I dont have any other big issues with my facial harmony

Expand, make sure not to over expand
If anything expand till the higher end of ideal mms of palatial width
Discuss with ortho

Ideal is 42–48 mm for males so yes you should get Marpe
