My plates are open and I've optimized my sleep and nutrition (got a whole stack of supps, eating right daily, the whole d3 calcium boron k2 etc etc etc),
and I'm experiencing growth, though I don't do much physical activity at all on a daily basis.
I have a fast metabolism so i don't get obese, and my mom always gives me the same bluepilled advice "Just exercise and hit the gym and you'll grow taller lil nigga" type of shit.
but I always thought doing that would just hinder my focused bone growth and prioritise muscle restoration etc (Not to mention, this is just a theory, but taking GH and doing intense cardio, that's just fast tracking heart growth because it's a muscle IMO)
But with some basic ChatGPT research and reading some abstracts I'm kind of leaning towards just exercising and stimulating my legs and arms and sheit for further growth.
What do you guys think?
