I've been thinking about getting a Maxillary Skeletal Expander to widen my palate and increase my bizygomatic width, to help fix my high ESratio.
But I've also heard that a Maxillary Skeletal Expander can increase IPD which is not something i would want to happen because I'm worried it worsen my ESratio.
Is it still worth it to get a Maxillary Skeletal Expander, or will it make my ESratio and IPD worse?
