Should i get MSE or palatte expander?

I am 16 turning 17 and i have a narrow palatte, its not brutally narrow but if i try to mew with suction i cant breathe and my breathing normally is probably affected. Also in my country i get free dental care so i could probably larp to get one for free only thing is i had braces from 14-16 so i dont know if that makes the expander not work. Should i post a picture?

if u had braces there might be problems, go to ur local orthodontist and larp about muh tounge hurts dies das and he will look into it

Just get biobolc and try to go to airway ortho. I got palate expander and it give me higher set cheekbones

Looks smil weird because my lip is asymetrical ive also had braces
