Should I get MSE too or just braces?

Well, a pano isn't enough for a diagnosis on palate width, but it looks fine. UR3/UL3 looks displaced and pretty severely crowded. Lower 7s look mesial-tipped. Braces will sort this if there's no transverse deficiency like a crossbite, bad buccal corridor, etc., so I doubt you'd need it, but you'll need to tell me if you have a crossbite or ideally show a CBCT or ceph.

I'm getting my braces in 10 hours so I doubt that you'd answer in time anyways but yes I do have an overbite but the ortho claimed that he could fix it, he's good at his job so I hope he doesn't botch me
