Take a bite of an apple and measure it, I think u should get MSE tho

no unless your palate is maybe visibly insanely narrow or you severely need it for health reasons and you've tried everything else out first and it doesn't work, MSE IS NOT COSMETIC

MSE is garbage cosmetically and can produce asymmetry as the mid palatal suture doesn’t always split evenly.

The question really is, do your upper teeth fit properly over the lower? If not, you need expansion of some sort.

Just like over advancing, you can over expand and have a goofy ahh face and smile that looks horrific.
