SHOULD I GET MSE

I had braces from 10-14 (long time due to injury, had to get a root canal). My teeth are perfect. however, my palate is very narrow causing my lips to be sunken in more and breathing less optimal and on top of that i have a deviated septum (getting surgery soon). Should i do the MSE or will it harm me more than help

search it up broski yall gotta do some research,but as long as you got a decent provider that has experience and youre fairly symmetrical the risk is very low

I asked my orthodontist and he said the same thing
