Should i get my 14 year old brother on accutane ?

Ok so i've been microdosing accutane for several months and i have clear skin for a long while
but my lil brother's skin is getting shitty asf
should i get him started on topical retinoids or js microdosing accutane ?
i mainly started for sebum reduction and reducing oilyness while having flawless skin no matter what i eat
but i wonder if i should let him do topicals first
