Should I get my teeth professionally whitened?

Debating between the Crest 3D whitening strips at about $30

Or getting them professionally whitened at my dentist for $350.

My main issue is stains and wanting a brighter shade.

Anyone have any experience with either?

Yeah by @pneumocystosis I’ve read it, a lot of effort, not really worried about the cost it’s just I don’t want to pay $300+ for something that will have the same effects as a $30 treatment lol
