Should I get my wisdom tooth extracted before filler?

Should I get my wisdom tooth (1) extracted before filler or will removing my wisdom tooth not change my jaw width at this age?

will you need to get them removed eventually? if so, definitely take them out first

It doesn't change the face shape, it's more that they usually need removing because the jaw is overcrowded and there isn't space for them to emerge. Mine were growing out sideways. So people who have them removed do have worse jaws but their jaws were already growing improperly beforehand (due to diet mostly). I have a really angular and wide jaw now just with a couple ml filler in each corner.

I only have one rotten-ish tooth as its my wisdom teeth. I think stopped growing as I'm 21-22. Would it affect my jaw width?

Jaw width should not be affected, no reason to assume it would. I would still get the tooth extracted first. Ask your doctor about combat sports
