your skull most likely will adapt to the new teeth, i don't see a reason to pay extra money to get the teeth removed if you don't have severe pain that you cant eat or sum shit

Not really ‘let ppl do dumb things’. Sure pallete expanders can exacerbate existing asymmetry but if you have a good orthodontist they could treat it
