Strong Mtn but with much more potential than the average user because of good eyes and noticeable hollow cheekbones. You have nice face, is just that your small neck makes you look feminine and doesn't compliment well your face.

Well, you don't have to do them now, but if you take looksmaxxing seriously I'd say you could reach HTN or higher.

Plus fillers really are temporary and only cost a couple of thousands a year to do.
