Should I get on hgh?

I turn 14 in a couple of months and I'm 5'4. My parents are 5'10 and 5'11 (which I know is good) but I'm 25th percentile of height. I can afford currently about 360 iu of hgh. I am however in the very early stages of puberty and I have like 4 armpit hairs. I want to say that I should just wait, but I wanna know if I'm just coping.

It’s cope around bone ages 16-17. If you’re actually early in puberty hop on it along with an ai. Always get a bone age scan first tho.
