I was on epiduo for 7 months and my skin got better but i still have some breakouts and redness and now i do epiduo every day , i cant take isotretinoin bcs my liver enzymes are high , should i hope on tret?

Stop the epiduo, then hop on tret. Don't start using it daily tho let your skin barrier recover a bit

Everyone should be taking tret regardless of their skin quality
