I have a decent amount of recession on both upper & lower jaws which I'm planning to get double jaw surgery on (for both aesthetical and functional reasons). I'm also planning for the bottom part of the nose to be straight with top part like the after photo below mine (basically more projected and not hooked). I also have smile lines in some lightings. Would getting paranasal implants make sense after DJs or can you fix it with just DJs alone.
I've heard people say you can in with just DJs in past forums but I haven't really seen any results where that's true, the cut is basically always below most of the nasal area in Lefort 1.
This is a Dr. Yaremchuk patient with paranasal implants with a similar side profile to mine. I've also heard they do have a pretty high botch rate and this is more aggressive then most implants but the results look pretty good and I don't know how good the surgeon is specifically or if there's good surgeons in East Asia or Europe.
I'm just wondering if i should I do both or if it's possible with just DJs. Open to any advice, I don't know much about paranasal implants.
