Should I get plastic surgery according what FaceApp shows?

When I use FaceApp it really chadified my photos. Should I plastic surgery max according to what I see in face app? The main thing I noticed that was different is that it fixed the tip of my nose and it made my lips a little thicker. Do you think face app Is legit? Should I do wheat waffles face rating before I do the plastic surgery ?
