I'm a pretty skinny guy and recently started to eat one meal with some fruits and wanna speed up debloating my face. I started looking into potassium powders to speed up the process and wanna know what to get, and what specific brand if so.

I said I was a skinny guy with barely any body fat, also ofc it is temporary that is why I want the powder so I can keep debloating.
