Ur nose is not the biggest issue, you still clearly have a lot of softmaxxing to do. Once you’ve done that, then you can evaluate whether a rhino is still necessary.

Those will be the biggest improvements, but you can do more:

Grow out your eyelashes and eyebrows with oral minoxidil and dye them darker.

Shave off the shitty facial hair and keep clean shaven

Fix your colouring with supplementing lycopene and mt2 for a better tan.

For your collagen and skin use Tazarotene

Also change up the hairstyle experiment with other styles.
