Ive used hydrocort to reduce puffiness which has worked pretty well. hoping i can get some recommendations and info on rhinoplasty, here is what my nose currently looks like:

You’re wasting my time with these weird photos, but you would benefit from rhinoplasty. Your main issues are that your alar base is humungous, you lack a proper nasal bridge in some photos yet have a dorsal hump in others, and alar-columellar is misaligned.

Get a comprehensive/structural rhinoplasty at this point. No point spending money to fix a few issues when they can all be addressed in one surgery.

He would be wasting his money with rhinoplasty a small dorsal hump is whatever. But alarplasty alone is only like 3k and 15% chance of revision

It’s better to not cheap out with surgery. You should go do what you can to get money for the ideal surgeries you need. Being a cheapskate with life-changing surgeries is what makes you look like a retarded fish getting several revisions coping with muh small dorsal hump tho.

Hydrocort did its job, nose fits ur face. Consult with plastic surgeon on rhino tbh and ask more than one surgeon
