Should I get rid of my Varicocele if my Testosterone levels are good?

My varicocele is stage 3 on my left nut, but I have no problem building muscle and I have a boner every morning. Should I get rid of it? Doctors said yes but we all know that doctors are clowns that usually care only about money, that’s why I’m asking here.
