Should i get sliding genioplasty?

Was considering a few surgeries like bimax and i think i'll go for a sliding genioplasty since i'm fine with my gonial angle
 
Bimaxillary protrusion and major downward growth. Get jaw surgery AND Genio not just a Genio.
