I feel like my chin has mild recession, i have had bad posture for many years, forward head, rounded back, bad mouth breathing and still mouth breathing at night. I feel like my jaw is pretty normal and it depends on angles, but my chin is weak and my jaw can also look really bad depending on angles. I know i gotta lose weight but my chin was also weak when i were lighter.
Is sliding genioplasty the right move, or what could i do to ascend noticeably.
