Should I get surgery before giving up ?

I’ve exhausted all avenues that are non surgical and just want to cease to exist, but I still feel like I’m giving up too easily considering I haven’t done any surgeries. What’s the likelihood surgeries can actually make you ascend?

they can ascend you 1.5 PSL depending on how good your base is and how bad your failos are
