Should I get surgery on my nose?

I was thinking only about alarplasty but someone said my bridge is wide too, what’s should I do?

i am not an expert on this sorry but i think you should see an surgeon that will help you choosing the right type of surgery

if u leave the bridge like this and reduce the alar base it will look shit so u need them both advanced

My nose looks good from the side, I hope it’s doesn’t change that.
I wanna also ask about my chin but I think I will do that later on a new post.
