Should I get surgery ?

I’m new here and im a recessed sub5. I have an overbite, and both my maxilla and mandibule are recessed asf. Bcz my maxilla is recessed, my nose is crooked asf and looks huge. What can I genuinely do to fix these issues? And are they only fixable through surgery?
Should I larp sleep apnea and get a lefort 1? What should I do?
