Should I get these 2 surgeries together

I wanna get rhinoplasty done by a rhinoplasty specialist and at the same time a genioplasty which he also offers. Thing is, should I get these both done at the same time or should I just get the rhinoplasty done by him and then the genoplasty done by some other surgeon who specialises in doing it.

i also meant that the hardships of both recoveries are gonna fuck him in the ass combined as both his nose and lower part of the mouth are gonna be cucked for a while
