Hello im gonna get rhino but i dont know what should i get alarplatsy or tipplatsy or both.

I was thinking to ask the surgeon but since most surgeons usually care about the money i dont really trust their advices a ton. I also have a minor hump that isnt very visible but it exists.

My nose isnt very straight.

I mean it doesnt look very bad and i think my nose isnt bad i just want an ideal looking nose would surgery still worth it for me to have an ideal nose?

Or do i have getting botched risk?

I assume both would look "the best". but that depends on the doctor, and how you ask for it, theres always a risk of getting botched, just go to a good surgeon, and properly tell him what you want, dont skip details or whatever, its better to show inspo too, and u should be alright

Most important thing is showing inspo and be vocal about exactly what you want, dont fuck up your looks just because youre too shy to speak, also if you want to morph, there are apps like hypic or FaceApp, or just use the liquidify tool on photoshop if youre experienced with it

I think this is a good morph what do ya think

I dont know how to morph these
1st frame - starting point
2nd frame - tip plasty
3rd frame - tip plasty + alar plasty

Az1

Your nose is marginally wide. Quite well aligned with medial canthi. A bit outside the ideal range for mouth to nose width ratio (~1.33 VS 1.4-1.6). An alar plasty isn't really justified. Moreover, you will have to thoroughly vet the surgeon on this particular aspect (ask to see a portfolio of results) because alar plasties can end up looking off and the scar/dip at the new junction will never go away. So think twice before signing for an alar plasty.
From an aesthetic standpoint, the biggest flaw of your nose tip seems to be the wide and flat columella. It can be thinned down and grafted.

Besides your nose, I would suggest to look into fillers.
Radiesse or Juvéderm Volux to augment jaw angles and to fine-tune the chin's shape (i.e. slightly flatter and squarer).
Fat grafting to reduce nasojugal folds. Alternatively, HA fillers can be used to treat this area too.
HA filler to augment the upper lip around the cupid bow. The point would be to reduce the perceived length of your philtrum, which would harmonize your chin to philtrum ratio. A more radical treatment would be a lip lift.
The morph below roughly simulates all those suggestions :

Thank you. I had a friend who got rhino this was his results what do you think about his results? He also had alarplatsy and in my opinion i dont see any visible scar and it doesnt look botched.
Im also thinking to do it with the same surgeon

I was thinking to get fillers to my gonions but i think it wouldnt fit into my archetype.

I think the morph you made is good and is better then before but i think its slightly over thin. And the morph i made isnt too thin but its thin still i think fits more into my harmony what do you think?

Also i wanna ask you one more question should i get an upturned nose or my nose should be straight? Do you think my nose is long? Cuz like since if i get an upturned nose it could make the nose appear shorter right?

If all your surgeon cares about is money, then go to another one

upturned nose, would minimally change your appearance from the front, atleast from my experience, it would only make it look really good from the side

Do you think my nose is long? Or its ideal i mean minimal is still a change

Look at these results

Changing the nasolabial angle directly alters the perceived vertical proportions of the midface. While rhinoplasty only modifies the cartilage and bone of the nose, rotating the tip creates optical shifts that change how long or compact the middle third of the face appears from both front and profile views.

Key Effects on Midface Proportions

1. Perceived Midface Shortening

The Mechanism: The upper boundary of the midface is measured from the nasion (between the eyes) down to the subnasale (the base of the nose). When the nasal tip is rotated upward, the visual baseline of the nose shifts higher.

The Illusion: This reduces the apparent vertical height of the nasal structure, making the entire midface look slightly more compact and centered rather than elongated.

Philtrum also lengthens because of this but wont be a problem for me if i a lip flip and lip lift

Looks good, honestly, third looks the best imo
For me the 4th one looks more natural and third one looks goood but it looks like its obvious that its a surgery and overly thin imo
