Should i get undereye filler conservatively?

I have eyebags and dark circles sometimes and tear trough lines i think but my orbital vector is positive

And when i press on my infra bones its in front of my eye

Some ppl said this all is bc of lack of soft tissue and not the bone itself, what should i do?

If all what you’re saying is true you should honestly get some sleep bro. While recessed infra orbitals do give eyebags if you dont have them recessed it can only be to you not getting sleep im not sure tho

Yes because dehydrated skin loses plumpness so blood vessels under the eyes show through more

do you know that filler is sometimes migrating? and i wanted to make sure : do you need to dissolve filler every couple months? if so does that mean you need to redo fillers everytime?
