Try ascending everything but the eyes. Your eye area is pretty good overall from what I can see here and eye surgery is super risky and has horrible recoveries

ive heard the opposite and ive seen a lot of good before/after images
there is a thread somewhere which i saw recently which also talks about it but yeah i dont think its cope, im thinking of getting some soon to help my shit undereyes
it wont be fat graft levels but itll deff help a bit
