Don't ever say anything is good enough for u(always chase better), accutane for the acne, grow your hair out and dye dark brown, dye eyebrows dark brown and use a eyebrow pencil to make them thicker. Cortisone paste will temporarily get rid of the boulbous nose, use it daily. Get rid of the face fat(depending how old you are you look pretty young) And if you are really serious abt it.
