Should i go 4 or 5 times to the gym?

Isnt 5 times to much for regeneration? I would need to go 3 times in a row to the gym.

depends on how much your body can handle/how long it maintains strength,
in my case i had to train like an animal 5-6 times a week, everytime i took 1-2 rest days my strength was legit fucked up (i used to squat 95kg, if i took 2 days off from leg day i would only squat 65-70) same for every compund lift.
legit my body was fucked up strength memory wise, so idk if in your case

5 times isn't too much. You're young. The question is if you have the time and if you're not just another lazyarse like the rest of us that go 2-3 times/week without💉.

supposedly you are oldcel and you have questions like retarded aspie teen with no life experience
gym volume in sets determines how many ones should you do so just divide your weekly volume into as many training days as you need to
 
They say the more often the better, you got to adjust the volume accordingly.
