I personally have huge inferiority complexes and also immediately react with murder and gore fantasies whenever somebody is disrespectful towards me. It has gotten way better, though. It used to be quite bad. I‘m mostly avoiding people who could be bad to me. I‘d fucking snap if I was bullied.

Yeah, that's very relatable to me. I try to avoid people in flock to avoid the risk of getting triggered. I'm a lot calmer these days, like A LOT, buy boy oh boy if somebody rubs me the wrong way....

Guess I feel superior and inferior in different ways. I feel stronger in some ways and weaker in others e.g., I think I'm pretty smart and strong-minded but I'm socially inept and sometimes it feels like it was my fault that I was abused. ER is like a way of redirecting that guilt, I guess..
