*if u ever plan to get surgery I advise u to first do thorough research/consultation and do NOT go to a cheapass, go to a reputable, expensive specialist*

imo jaw for sure bc
1) jaw is 2nd most important after eyes for facial aesthetics
2) u may decide on not getting a rhino afterwards and if u do, it can be curated for facial harmony with ur new jaw

Jaw surgery for reverse bimax or what do you want to achieve ?

Also changes in the upper jaw can change your nose so its dumb to do Rhino before.

I also don’t Look good so. I actaully would shift my jaw backwards and get a rhinoplasty to raise my tip. But there is not much you can change about your midface except Liplift
