Should I go gym now it’s 6:30 am and I went to sleep at 3 am

I ate so much fast food yesterday night which is good carbs for gym. I don’t feel like going back to sleep cuz I feel guilty abt last night so should I put those extra calories to good use and hit gym right now. Or is sleeping more important??

Working out is only catabolic in theory, sleep is more important.

sleeping is more important, think about your test man, if you're already on test then go ahead
