Should I go on a cycle at 18 Late Bloomer

in short I know VERY well the effects of steroids on the HPTA and on your overall health however not in teenagers I don’t. Every piece of information I have gathered both anecdotal and from studies is exclusively on people above the ages of 20. I am a late bloomer and recently during the last t months I started experiencing navel hair and some light beard growth. I am 180 cm tall and lI haven’t grown in height in about 4 months. My clavicles widened a bit during the past year and my dick grew about an inch during the past year as well. I turn 19 this year. Will it boost my puberty or stall/end it and cuck me ?
