You can consider a low dose of accutane for a period much longer than traditional courses. Something like 10-20mg. Research it yourself and calculate what dose you should take based on your weight.

My main flaw is my maxilla and mandible, but my cheekbones and eye area is great, my eye area is only great if I'm at a certain angle because I have low under eye support by the bones surrounding it, but the eyes and brows ITself are good.

but come on I was with an iphone camera 1 inch away that will get rid of any bone mass I have in a front profile

ask ur parents how their acne was like during puberty, not everyone turns into pizza faces, if they did have alot of acne ofc u should get on accutane, if not topicals will do the trick, I had medium acne in puberty and for me tret + clindamycin did the trick quite fast
