I'm seriously considering it. The reason is mainly for fat loss and hunger management.
An other alternative is just to eliminate sugar and still have some amount of healthy carbs.
I've tried both and keto is great for getting ripped, but is it sustainable? Depends on your priorities, I guess. Having no carbs might be a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
No sugar is great for health and just feeling good in general. Good for fatloss too, but not quite as potent as keto.
I'll probably combine keto with intermittent fasting too if I go all out with the leanmaxxing lifestyle.
