Is it better to get some sunlight and get healthier, more vibrant looking skin or avoid it to slow down sun-related aging?

I don't trust the chinks. I don't even have TikTok even when every other user would post clips from there, I refused to install that shit.

No. You need to do a skin redox.

No. You need to do a skin redox.
Feel free to recommend products because I'm completely lost when it comes to that. I only use retinol, Eucerine, face wash, and sunscreen.

I don't have a basement so it's never pitch black in here during the day. I think sunlight is still healthy if it's in small amounts and you use sunscreen. We weren't meant to never see the light of day, that's not healthy.

The Skin Redox method consists in not having any UV rays from the sun penetrate your dermis for at least 2 years.

This way you you will restore your skin and get it in agreater or lesser extent to its natural undamaged tone.

You don't need anything else but you are free to use other additional products if you want to.

@Imretarded? and myself are trying this method and the results are great.

We are allowed to go outside but we always wear sunglasses, hats, sunscreen and a couple of long protective layers.

skin redox? jesus christ lol. some of these comments man.
i very rarely have the time or incentive to visit this forum anymore much less take the effort to comment, but this is just blasphemy at this point.
the sun is literally the life force. hormonal optimization without enough Strong UV and infrared light is de facto impossible as far as i can tell. you can only really survive and lead a lesser existence when they are lacking. circadian rythm regulation and deep sleep needs proper light during different intervals of the day, especially early on, and then darkness after sunset. too much man made lighting can reliably cause diabetes all on its own and just about any other issue you can think of, just like man made electromagnetic fields, which sunshine also protects from due to being a natural calcium channel blocker. zeta potential needs sunshine, dopamine from tyrosine needs sunshine, immune health and sulfation of numerous steroids needs sunshine, and mitochondria need sunshine to thrive. enstictively, we all know this after even minutes in the warmth of the sun. also, the signal for melanin production which gives that lovely tan that is attractive because its healthy ( tall dark and handsome if any of you vampiremaxxed mfs remember ) , comes from the eyes, so if you use sunglasses dont blame the sun for skinburns. but of course, dont go for hours on end all at once, acclimate and build up your solax plexus so you dont burn easily, this also may need PUFA depletion. sunshine actually helps with this too, since linoleic acid is a deuterium bomb and the sun helps lower deuterium from all kinds of stress, which is super important for health. most ATP is apparently light derived, not food derived,
so this is bigger than your diet btw. light came first, and after all food is just that, light converted into energy in various ways as it moves up the food chain. sunscreen causes skin cancer btw, as does sun avoidance, if you look at the real supressed data. i guess no one in his science team told bryan johnson any of this in his quest for immortality, when avoiding the sun literally doubles mortality in massive cohorts. people make fun of him online for one simple reason - we are primally wired to know he who does not bathe in the life force, cannot truly be considered healthy by the tribe.
TLDR : throw away your cucked sunscreen and sunglasses , and tan your ballsack too

Don't do it, don't be a NPC
oh and , the name you chose for your insane idea is actually beyond wrong, its anti truth, since all cells including the skin do indeed have a redox balance, that actually depends on proper light health, check my big comment above for more

Go somewhere remote, remove your clothes and lie on a beach towel or sit on a bench. Use a tanning bed in the cold season.

UV radiation is proven to cause damage to the skin. This is not a belief, it's an absolute fact. UV makes skin looks older and age faster.

Vitamin D is important. You can go outside, but don't stay for long under the sun. 30 minutes to 1 hours of moderate sun light intensity is enough. Don't go under the Sun during the hottest hours of the day when the intensity is strong.

listen if you want to absorb the most amount of vitamin d without causing damage just esxpose your whole body at once with just shorts on,you will absorb 5 times more then if only your face/arms are exposerd,i think your back is very wrinkle resistant

Yeah but it's not always practical if you don't have your own garden or balcony.
