Should i go to a derm or just order 0.05% from indiamart

so i want to get tretinoin 0.05%, but if i go to a derm it will be more expensive and the main thing is they may not prescribe me, so im considering just buying some from indiamart. would there be any downsides to just ordering it over getting it prescribed?
