So my job includes sitting at one place for 8 hours working on laptop so should i go gym 6 days a week or its too much

Yeah. The only isolation exercises I do are lateral raises, wrist curls, bicep curls and tricep extensions. Other than that I just do the big compound lifts. Once I get big and strong enough I’ll add more isolation.R u in shape?
