start going immediately, your physique would look great around 18 if you stick with it.
 
What exercises should I do to not stop growth and get good results?
just eat good and sleep well you'll get good results training is important obviously but diet is what makes it happen

There really isnt any evidence that resistance training affects growth, however just to be safe avoid heavy compound lifts like deadlifts, bench press and squats just to be safe, any split is fine as long as you hit each muscle group atleast twice a week.

Alr but in this gym the horizontal bar is too small for me or it is not necessary?

Yes and definitely train legs. So many guys, myself included, just train upper body as a teenager. In hindsight I wish I started earlier.

Learn proper form for squat, deadlift, bench, barbell row, overhead press, pullups, and dips. They key compound movements transform the body the most in my experience.

Also suggest running on days you aren't lifting build endurance and stay lean. Yoga is also another great option for off days and it's 99% women in the classes.
