Debloat and if you still look round you need a implant that will make up for the bone you lack to push the tissue to make you look lean, if not buccal fat removal imo.

you're not 8% bf, and even if your abs were those of someone with 8% bf that doesn't mean your face is

it's retarded that dudes will ask for bf rating based on their abs and then try to use that to reason about their face. if your face is fat then your face is fat. it doesn't matter what your abs look like
