My family is going on a vacation in alaska for almost 10 days, but i dont have any motivation to go anywhere. My acknowledgment of how ugly i am has made me a living zombie and i dont have any urge to do anything . Although i am planning to do my last heightmaxing cope soon if it works...

I get how you feel, I've had the same mental health issues for over a decade now. But going on holiday and spending time with people makes you realise there's more to life than just looks, even if it's just for a little bit.
