How old are you? And why the fuck do you wanna nuke your estrogen?? That shit gon fuck up your brain development. Take this from someone who has used AIs at extremely low dosages for the last three years to keep my estrogen in the lower end of the range and went from 5'5 to 6'4.

Yeah, whatever. You still don't wanna nuke estrogen to undetectable levels cuz that'll fuck up your brain dev and skin. Ideal range for delaying growth plate closure without the nasty ass side effects is 15-20 pg/mL. Ultimately, the 3 AIs do the same shit thru slightly different mechanisms and actions but letrozole is the easiest to source by a mile. However, it'll crash your estrogen and hit you with sides like tendon pain and ED way harder and you gotta be mad careful with the dosages. Aromasin best imo, slightly more expensive and harder to source but won't crash ur estrogen and cause rebound estrogen peak, it'll just keep it low enough to delay plate closure into ur early 20s.

ur gonna need to titrate your AI and get a blood test. Arimidex is the safest but can cause gyno because of e2 rebound. Aromasin is steroidal, so it won't cause gyno but it permanently binds to aromatase meaning estrogen is mitigated for a long period of time. Letrozole is the nuclear version of arimidex. AI's will also make u retarded. Estrogen is crucial for bone remodeling and more importantly brain development. U can mitigate mental retardation by supplementing omega 3 while on AI's (allegedly.)

E2 should be around 20-40, you can go as low as 10 but I think thats retarded. an e2 blood test costs like $30. https://www.discountedlabs.com/ the dosage doesn't matter as much as keeping e2 levels in their normal range

GH 4 growth. If you had to choose between an AI and something growth hormone related for getting taller choose GH. IGF-LR3, CJC+DAC+Ipamorelin, standard HGH, whatever. Make sure you are getting 1g of protein per lb body weight or u are going to waste your dose.

also 400mg weekly is a bit high. besides hair loss and stuff high T isn't really a problem until u factor in the conversion to estrogen. Which can only be mitigated by upping the dose of a drug that messes with ur brain development (AI's.) Avg T for male dimorphism is something like 4-5x the average so ~2000ng/dl. 400mg you are looking at probably the high end of a 2000-4000ng/dl range which is unnecessary. The half life of test E is 4-5 days so make sure you dose mon thurs instead of just once/wk

thank you bhai! yes maybe 400 is on the higher end. I've been debating the last few weeks between 300-500, I think ill do 300 for now so I dont have to use as extreme as Ai's. And as far as pinning goes, yes I'm pinning monday/thursday twice a week with test e/c (whatever is cheapest).

I will be coming back to this comment, yes my ideal estrogen range is 10-15, so you think I should go with aromasin? maybe start with 12.5mg every day? and yeah as far as arimidex goes i wasnt seriously considering it ever because of the rebound.

thank you, yeah my ideal estrogen range is 10-20, ill lower the dose of test slightly and go with aromasin. aromasin is actually roughly the same price per dose and pretty easy to source

been using 1mg arimidex like every 3rd day, def feeling the lower libido as a first. like others said, you dont want to nuke it since youll fuck up your development. also since estrogen comes from the conversion of test and you are pinning test, you might need more with the elevated levels. get bloodwork done and base your dosage off it

well yeah dude ur estrogen is probably crashed. if you're not on a cycle with large doses letrozole is probably unnecessary, i would say use aromasin for keeping plates open
