Should I gymcel?

I am currently 23-24% body fat. It just looks a bit skinny fat but nothing too much. I do have a jawline but my face is still bloated I have started doing daily cardio but am considering gymcel for max face gains

Should I keep doing cardio or should k gymcel. I am 16m 5 feet 9 btw. Also what equipment would I need for a hone gym? Would a bench, pull up bar and some weights suffice?

Yea my plan is to run a 5k everyday and lift for 2 hours

Hopefully my oneitis will start noticing me again

You should slow cut to 10-14% over a couple of months. Don’t overdo cardio or auschwitzmax. Focus on lifting. That setup should be fine. No dumbells or extra bar for curls tho? Never roid or bulk At That height

I won't lift everyday obviously. Maybe 3-4 days a week

Yea I might get a bar and already have some dumbbells. Also how bad is the height? I will probably max out at 178 cm

Not good But Not death tier. I belive that’s somewhere low side of average. If you have a good face it’s enough
 
Of course you should gym max, you will have best gains in your life(As a natural) between 15-18. Remember to eat a lot of protein tho since it will increase your IGF-1.

Yea I am just wondering if the face gains will be enough to justify spending so much time and money on equipment. My biggest fear is becoming a male butterface or something

I gain muscle easily but have thin wrists so that has detered me from gymcelling
