Should I have gave in to the propaganda about not training obliques?

Can’t really see in the pictures but my obliques look kind of blocky in person. It might be because I have relatively high body fat. I wouldn’t say that they ruin my physic but idk.

They make your waist slightly more aesthetic and make your v line more defined.

They only really look good when you get striations though and a lot of people online say that they make your waist unaesthetic because they make it bigger or more blocky
 
The problem isnt obliques, if were gon a be very critical then the reason is larger fat pads along your vline

Very hard to predict as they look unbalanced, i think this is a cas where aqualyx is appropriate, get a pack and go in with a 3pc or 5pc multinjector piece and do a few injections. I think without it it seems likely youll be at an unsustainable bf% assuming your natty
