I'm Jeff seid maxxing right now , so I'm working out like I'm a motherfucking mad man, I have no rest days , I do weights on one day , then calisthenics on the other, also I do legs 3x a week, abs everyday , hiit cardio 3x , running and sprinting 3 or 4x and neck 3x a week, no rest days , especially for my upper body. Should I keep doing this or have some rest days like a pussy?
