Should i hit the gym at 14?

yo, im asking this for a question iv been asking my self for the past year.
I did 1 full year at the gym when i was 12 just cause i liked it and i was pretty good for my genetics and shit, but anyways i leaved it after a year cause most of the people close to me reccomanded to start later on cause i could stun my growth thing i didnt really belive at first, but not to long after i discovered bp, and i quit the gym because i was scared to lose my height potential, now after a year 14 170cm i really miss it, and i wanna start it again, what yall reccomand?

But yes you can go to the gym its not gonna stunt ur height
 
wont stunt your height whatsoever, just make sure you perform every exercise with perfect form, form>ego, ego is what will stunt your height growth cos if u try and lift something u clearly arent capable of your spine (depending on what exercise youre performing)will take on more the load

Of course bro , if you wanna get your dream physique you should start young , btw david laid started the gym at 14 (175cm) and now he is 27 (188cm) so if your form is correct you should not worry about height growth .
I would recomend you to use a ppl split first 6-12 months to regain your muscles and also for the newbie gains

I think that instead of doing movements that put pressure on the spine and push it down (like squats), doing exercises that don’t compress the spine could be better for height growth.
